Our Leaving Cert Revision Courses are back!
We at Hanrahan School of Music are delighted to be offering our highly popular Leaving Cert Revision Courses again for 2025!
Our first course is our Music Tech. We will cover everything a student needs to know for the Music Tech portion of their practical. The practical is worth 50% of the total Music grade, making Music Tech a great boost to your overall practical grade.

Book all 3 with our Full Course or pick and choose which class you'd like to join!
Revise Set Works on March 26th, ensuring you know your Barry from your Bach.
Get a last-minute refresher on Music Technology on March 27th, just before the Practicals begin.
Dust off your chord progressions on March 28th as we cover Question 1 and 5 in our Composing Revision.
All of these sessions can be attended online or in-person. If you are a current student with Hanrahan School of Music, there is a 10% discount available - simply check with any of our teachers!

For Junior Certs
Our newest Revision Course is designed for third year music students, to provide extra support and a last-minute booster in answering the harmony and melody questions on the Junior Cycle written paper.
Covering all predicted versions of questions, this 90 minute workshop includes:
Triads
Writing Cadences
Chord Progressions
Backing Chords for a Given Melody
Adding Rhythm/Pitch
Composing a Melody or Jingle
Graphic Scores
Students are welcome to attend in-person or via Zoom, and we welcome students from all across Ireland! There will be an opportunity for questions from students at the end of the workshop.
