13. What are the Christmas Bonus Credits?
Eligible Early Bird & Annual members may receive additional invoice credit during the Christmas period as part of their Academy PLUS+ benefits.
14. How are bonus credits applied?
Credits are applied directly to eligible Hanrahan School of Music lesson invoices and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. Can unused credits be carried forward?
No. Unused credits cannot be transferred or carried into future academic years.
16. What are makeup lesson benefits?
Academy PLUS+ members may receive additional makeup lesson flexibility subject to timetable availability and school policy.
