Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Offer Details This offer applies to one-to-one (1:1) classes only and is valid until June 20th 2026. The offer is available to new sign-ups only. 2. Eligible Instruments This offer applies to the following instruments: guitar, tin whistle, fiddle, and violin. Please note: piano is not included in this offer. 3. Refund Policy All purchases made under this offer are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if a participant chooses to discontinue at any stage. 4. Lesson Cancellations If you need to cancel a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting the school. At the discretion of the school, an alternative time may be offered; however, this is subject to availability within the existing timetable. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. 5. Teacher Cancellations If the school or instructor needs to cancel a lesson, a suitable alternative time will be offered or the lesson will be rescheduled. 6. Attendance and Punctuality Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes each week. Students must arrive on time and be fully prepared to participate. 7. Late Arrival If a student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time. Lost time cannot be extended or made up. 8. Instruments and Equipment Any rented instruments must be returned at the final lesson. 9. Liability for Rented Instruments Participants are responsible for the care and safekeeping of any rented instruments for the duration of the rental period. In the event of loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear and tear), the participant agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement as determined by the school. 10. Health and Safety The school is not liable for any injuries sustained during lessons, except where caused by proven negligence. Students participate at their own risk. 11. Parental Responsibility Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring students under 18 are dropped off and collected on time. The school is not responsible for supervision outside of scheduled lesson times. 12. Media Consent The school may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not consent. 13. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards instructors and fellow students at all times. 14. General By enrolling, students/parents agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
