Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Details
This offer applies to summer camp and is valid until July 5th, 2026. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place. Offer for siblings only applies to siblings. Primary participant and sibling will be expected to be dropped and collected together.

2. Age Range

Children from 7 to 13 years of age are welcome. Groups will be divided by age where numbers allow.

3. Refund Policy
All purchases made under this offer are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if a participant chooses to discontinue at any stage.

4. Allergies

Parents are responsible to make supervisors aware via sign up form of any allergies or learning difficulties. This is to insure that all participants receive the time or attention they require.

5. Teacher Cancellations

If the school or instructor needs to cancel a lesson, a suitable alternative time will be offered or the lesson will be rescheduled.

6. Attendance and Punctuality
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes each week.
Participants must arrive on time and be fully prepared with a packed lunch and water. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The school is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Programme Changes

The school reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or programme content where necessary.

7. Late Arrival
If a student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time. Lost time cannot be extended or made up.

10. Health and Safety
The school will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. The school is not liable for injuries except where caused by negligence or failure to provide a reasonable duty of care.

11. Parental Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring students under 18 are dropped off and collected on time. Parents will be responsible for signing in and out their children. Only the parent on the contact list can sign in or out their child.
The school is not responsible for supervision outside of scheduled lesson times.

12. Media Consent
The school may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not consent.

13. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards instructors and fellow students at all times.

14. General
By enrolling, students/parents agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
